2. User Content & Collaboration

Sown is a collaborative platform. By drawing a panel or contributing text/art to a comic:

• You grant Sown a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your contribution.
• You recognize that other users will contribute to the same story and that the final work is a collaborative effort.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates copyright laws.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Community Guidelines

• Respect fellow artists and collaborators.
• No "trolling" or intentionally ruining comic chains with inappropriate content.
• Users found violating community standards may have their reputation penalized or accounts banned.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sown and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sown, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
